‘The Masque of the Red Death’

Politicians ARE Criminals! – I am not just referring to the petty pilfering that the recent expenses scandal uncovered or even the policy changes that they make whilst in Government benefitting corporations that the MP in question gets to work for after their term in office (if they are not already working for them whilst in office). I am referring to murder which most people think is one of the worst crimes.
When I hear that someone has died because an ambulance could not reach them in time it is because of government cuts to services. When someone dies of starvation or freezes to death because they are homeless it is the fault of the government that cut social housing (& is still cutting it with their ‘right to buy’ schemes).
I wonder what the actual figure is in this country of people who have died because of the callous disregard that politicians have for people’s lives in their pursuit of profit.
…& then there is the rest of the world which suffers much worse.
One example: the refugee crisis. There would not be any refugees if Britain was not involved along with others in trying to destabilize the Middle East, North Africa & anywhere else not on their same agenda (they say it is for ‘democracy’, Phah!). They have been first hand responsible in places like Libya for bombing the shit out of the country & second hand responsible in places like Syria where they fund, train & arm so called ‘rebels’ (not a very democratic method).
In keeping with the campaign to bring these issues to the forefront of national & international debate there are now three new prints to illustrate them (the items shown are from the Unisex range).
The first is the plain ‘Politicians R Criminals Campaign’ print, whilst the second & third prints (developed during the PRC videos shown on the http://climaterevolution.co.uk/wp/ website & also on this site) are the ‘Destroy’ & the ‘Joker’.
The ‘Destroy’ print uses the same letters & font that Vivienne developed for her infamous punk muslin top in 1977 & sets them on the backdrop of a chessboard, symbolising that the perpetrators of these crimes (in this case the banks-The Faceless ‘Evil’) don’t even realize that if they keep playing to the same rules of their little game then the outcome is that there will be one ‘winner’ (not really a winner) & everyone else will be either in absolute poverty or else most probably dead (not much of a ‘free market’ then).
The ‘Joker’ print shows the collusion between corporations (Giants), politicians (Criminals) & Bankers (faceless evil). Again the backdrop is another game: Roulette. The stick with the iron chain & ball at the end is a medieval weapon called a mace & here it represents the way that these institutions deal with any opposition; they just smash it!
The Joker represents the mainstream media; the illusionist, the selective truth, the distractor. The one that is responsible for keeping the real situation hidden so that the other three can get on with their game.
‘Business as Usual’! (read Edgar Allan Poe’s ‘The Masque of the Red Death’ where all the ‘rich’ people refuse to accept the plague ravishing the country & instead retreat behind the walls of their city where they party until death gets in & takes them all).
